After attending a seminar sponsored by Evan Flynn of Legacy Estate Planning Coordinators my wife and I realized it was time to make our own estate plan. We worked with Evan on our wills, trusts and the distribution of assets for the future. Evan made this process clear comfortable and simple with excellent attention to detail. Curiosity lead us to attend a seminar presented by Evan Flynn. Although we thought we had all our finances in order, our wills were up to date, etc, we quickly learned how vulnerable to taxes and attorney fees our estate would be at the time of our deaths. We also learned how our assets could easily be distributed in ways in which we did not approve. His presentation was so informative, direct, easy to understand.

This recommendation is for those who want to don’t understand all of the details with going through the legal process required when using a will as their estate plan. My wife and I didn’t have the details of this process, or understand the financial requirements and obligations that are required nor are we experts in settling estates. Evan Flynn is the best. My Dad passed away in October 2018, and my Mom is currently in a nursing home. I met Evan for the first time after my father had passed. I knew my Dad had taken a liking to him, and after meeting Evan, I understood why. Evan Flynn helped my mom plan her estate and was then available to me every step of the way as her health declined and then after her death. The way he structured her estate plan, it allowed me to step in when I needed to handle mom’s affairs. Evan guided me through the complicated timing of when to do each step. My husband and I went to an Estate Planning Seminar given by Evan Flynn in 2012, and learned so much in the little time we were there that we were sure this was the perfect before death option for our Mother and ourselves. My wife and I have long known the value of establishing a family trust. It was her parents that had the foresight and consideration in creating a trust for their family, so when the time came she and her siblings could easily use the system in place to close out their parent’s estate. I on the other hand had a different experience. We would like to recommend Evan Flynn for your consideration. We attended Mr. Flynn’s seminar several years ago in 2009 and decided to have him come to our home for additional information in regard to our estate planning. He is very knowledgeable, willing, and able to explain his thoughts concerning your estate planning. After three meetings (and many questions) at our home, we developed a plan together. The plan consisted of legal paperwork with a local attorney. At the meeting with the attorney, Evan made himself available to “sit in” and make sure our interests were protected. This was done in 2011 when revocable living trust agreements were developed for both of us.
We’ve had several minor updates since. And again, the attorney Evan recommended is available to answer questions concerning situations as they arise. Evan is honorable, personable, and caring, and we feel that we not only have an estate planner in our corner, we have a friend that will be there when either of us needs him when the time comes.

My parents first met with Evan Flynn in 2003 to plan their estate, and my sister subsequently followed suit. I’ve recently discovered that working with Evan was one of the best financial moves that all of them could have ever made.
My dad was self-employed for over 50 years, and my mother was a homemaker, so there wasn’t what anyone would consider to be a “fortune” with which to work. My parents simply wanted to be comfortable in their later years. Evan helped them set up a trust which would ensure that every one of their hard-earned dollars were protected.
My sister and her husband also became Evan’s clients. They had a unique situation because their son has some serious health concerns, and Evan made sure that the trust he set up for her family, while different than that of my parents, still addressed all of their needs.
My sister passed away unexpectedly in January 2018, and my father’s death came just 13 days later. Our family was in a state of overwhelming shock and grief, as anyone can well imagine. We contacted Evan within hours of my dad’s passing, and he made sure everything was in order for my mom, as well as for me, the now only surviving child.
